SAP in Spotlight: Catania Nolan

Hello, my name is Catania Nolan, Communications Assistant Studio Apprentice, and today I'm going to talk about Baltimore Youth Arts Graphic Design class.  Graphic Design is beneficial because I can be creative as possible. Graphic Design helps me come up with new ideas for my art. I can make covers for my songs. If there is a project I can not do on a  laptop I can do it on paper and that goes both ways. In Graphic Design my opinion matters and is respected by other apprentices. In graphic design I am able to see different perspectives on people artwork and not be judged for it, It is magnificent. However, I enjoy every class at BYA but Graphic Design was my first choice and will always stand out the most.

These are some Art pieces I made at BYA so far.

This is a painting of my late father when he was in the military. I made this to show that I appreciate his service to this country.

I redesigned this album cover for Tinashe because I thought the original was pretty plain. I used Amethyst in the background because it is the name of the mixtape. I also used galaxy to give more imagination.
