Donavan Leftwich, Economics and Database Analytics intern.
Meet Donavan Leftwich, BYA’s new Economics and Database Analytics intern. Donavan will be working on the database and supporting some store logistics. Donavan is a senior at Towson University majoring in Business Administration with a concentration in economics.
“I would like to pursue a career as a data or business analyst. My interests/hobbies would be going to the gym, spending time with my dog, Java, and watching One Piece.”

Meet BYA’s new communication intern, Riona Blaine. Riona is a senior strategic communication major at Morgan State University. Riona has worked with us in the fall creating graphics and has continued to work with us to manage our social media!
While at Morgan State University, Riona has worked on several projects, such as developing graphical content for social media, logos, flyers, landing pages, and email campaigns, and has also achieved three certifications for Newsroom Readiness, Social Media, and Email Marketing. Riona’s hobbies include reading, drawing, and dancing. Upon graduating from Morgan State, Riona’s goals are finding and enrolling in graduate school and obtaining a career in social media and digital marketing that will lead to a flourishing career in a marketing agency for well-known popular clients. She looks up to Karen Civil as a role model and wants to become a digital media marketing strategist.
